Mamba Mentality. What is it? Follow your passion 24 hours a day. Let your box be the best box for you? Be content with the pursuit of greatness. Is it each one teach one? Is it go on no matter what's said about you? It's many things I plan to study in unison with Russell Wilson's overcomer state of mind, attitude, spirit, and demeanor. There aren't enough positive heroes, and now there's one less many of us have spent a good twenty years with. 

Kobe Bryant was a husband, father, athlete, stylish, artist, admired, talked about, a boss in charge of his own destiny. His second half life launch was on the cusp of so many concepts he was yet to define or open up with respect to raise his children and others on his quest to maintain the freedom he represented. Free to be a good guy after scandal. A dark skin bilingual black man sometimes seen as a the beautiful athletic beast of the lightning fast Mamba witty in conversation gifted with gab. 

He was both a father and adopted son to millions of sports fans across the world. So much could be said about this #girldad. I guess his smile said it all. Optimism against all odds at all levels of development.

2020 Housing Equity

One of the worst things that can ever happen to anyone is a bug infestation, or rat infestation.

It is traumatic.

Can be painful.

Can hospitalize someone.

Around 1986 I rented an apartment from the Heysers if I recall their name correctly on Diamond Street.  It was a cool little neighborhood with small restaurants in walking distance.

I don't know what point I realized there were a  pack of rats in the infrastructure?

I would leave weekends and come back to a nightmare that the Heysers, the property owners would due nothing about implying take it or leave it.

It was so severe the City of Grand Rapids had to know the property flaws.

There was not a procedure to notify residents of their rights then nor now nationally that I am aware of ? Every State Legislature prints tenants rights handbooks. There is Legal Aide in every City. Could be www.legalaide.org?

If you're a teen you should study these guidebooks with rules to live by while still in high school to prepare for your rental future. A problem ridden apartment will effect your spirit, income, prospects and perhaps your entire life will be lost due to callousness.

Perceptions can lead to depression.

The objective is to be a homeowner.

All landlords have issues that are the cost of doing business from staff to critters.

Know your rights. You don't want to be terrified nor your guests.

Keepsakes are irreplaceable.
